This class combines the elements of floor and legwork to create a routine of sensual athleticism. Condition those legs to hypnotize and entrance, feeling the burn along the way, and learn basic floorwork tricks and transitions to amplify as you master the basics.
Have a yoga mat for warm up, wear form fitting clothing, socks or Pleaser heels, kneepads recommended.
